Print the confusion matrixes for each labeling condition and do
the right thing with the multiple labels: this is more subtle
than I thought for the multi label case.
Recursively labels all the nodes in the tree with primitives g# where # starts with the startIndex
returns the index of the last labelles node in the last subtree.
