A simple interface that prompts for a list of drs files and then
for a regular expression that extracts the sketches author and task
from the file name.
Returns an array containing Range objects which
can be directly used in a for loop such that
the for loop contains all elements from min_in
to max_in, divided by the indices in the ranges_in.
